Terms Of Service

These are the terms and conditions that you apply to when you sign up for any of the services provided by PlanProjects.com. They are subject to change at any time.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You agree that use of the service(s) provided by PlanProjects.com is entirely at your own risk. The service(s) are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and PlanProjects.com and its suppliers disclaim any and all warranties. The entire liability of PlanProjects.com for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the related services or content purchased from PlanProjects.com.

PlanProjects.com is the owner and/or authorized user of any trademark, registered trademark and/or service mark appearing at this web site, and is the copyright owner or licensee of the content and/or information on this Web site including but not limited to any screens appearing at the site. You may not download and/or save a copy of any of the screens except as otherwise provided in these Terms of Service, for any purpose. However, you may print a copy of the information on this site for your personal use or records. USER CONDUCT (ALL USERS)

While using the web site, you, the user may not (on any section of the entire PlanProjects.com web site, including but not limited to project pages, task pages, and community forums):

Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the service(s).
Post or transmit any unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or foreign law, including without limitation the U.S. export control laws and regulations.
Post or transmit any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities or schemes or other unsolicited commercial communication or engage in spamming or flooding.

PlanProjects.com has no obligation to monitor the service(s). However, you acknowledge and agree that PlanProjects.com has the right to monitor the service(s) electronically on occasion and to disclose any information as necessary or appropriate to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the service(s) properly, or to protect itself or its subscribers and members. PlanProjects.com will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private electronic-mail message unless required by law. PlanProjects.com reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, inappropriate or in violation of these Terms of Service.

PROJECT MANAGER AGREEMENT

You are given a 30-day trial upon sign up. Upon termination of the trial period, your account will be placed on hold until you subscribe with PlanProjects.com. Your account information can be deleted 30 days after the termination of your trial if you fail to sign up. You agree that PlanProjects.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred to you via our services. Billing is done thru our authorized payment processor, PayPal. PlanProjects.com assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred via the billing process EXCEPT for those errors which are specifically under our control (for more information on this, please contact us). You may not share your login information or share your account in anyway with any other persons. You will respect all other users on this service and shall not try to harm or negatively impact any users, PlanProjects.com service(s), or any content on this web site.

Billing either occurs on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the option that you choose when you subscribe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account information link. If you cancel your subscription or fail to make payment, your account will be put on hold for 30 days until payment is received or your subscription is renewed, in which case your account will be re-activated. If you take no action, your account can be deleted after this 30 day period terminates.

FREELANCER AGREEMENT

You are able to sign up as a freelancer for no charge. You do not have access to many of the services that project managers have (including, but not limited to, creating projects, creating tasks, and managing them). You will respect all other uses on this service and shall not try to harm or negatively impact any users, PlanProjects.com service(s), or any content on this web site.
